How often do I need to recharge my OneSimCard account?
For Universal E, Expedition E, eSIM World E, eSIM Asiania, Plus, Europe & More, & Standard SIM Cards, the international SIM card phone number and account will expire if no outgoing usage is made for 12 months. The outgoing usage could be any of the following: Call made from the phone, SMS sent from the phone or any Data Usage.
Personal Extra Numbers will stay active as long as they have been funded properly.
The SIM card balance is valid for 10 months. The balance will continuously roll over to the next 10 month period provided that at least $25 is added within 10 months after the last recharge.
If the balance expires, the service can still be used after a new recharge of the SIM card.
For Physical 3-in-1Â DataMax & DataMax eSIM SIM Cards, the SIM card and account will expire if no outgoing usage is made for 12 months. The outgoing usage could be any of the following: Call made from the OneSIM VoIP App, SMS sent from the OneSim VoIP app or any Data Usage.
Personal Extra Numbers will stay active as long as they have been funded properly and the SIM hasn’t expired. If the SIM card expires, but then is restored ($10 Restoration Fee applies), the PEN will be re-attached to the SIM card, as long as the PEN hasn’t expired based on the time period for which the PEN was purchased.
The SIM card balance is valid for 10 months. The balance will continuously roll over to the next 10-month period provided that at least $25 is added within 10 months after the last recharge.
If the SIM card balance expires, the SIM will expire and be removed from the account after 7 days, unless there is a data package currently active on the SIM (not a future activation). If there is no balance on the SIM and the active data package expires, the SIM will expire 7 days following the expiration of the active data package. So, to keep the SIM active you need to either keep a balance on the SIM or an active data package.Â
NOTE:Â If there is balance on the SIM card, but no data is used for 15 consecutive days, the SIM card will be blocked/suspended. To unblock the SIM card, simply go to your account portal and in the "My SIM cards" tab, click on "Unblock" on the "SIM Type" line.
An expired SIM can be restored for a $10.00 restoration fee plus a recharge of at least $25.00.

What is the cost to make calls from a OneSimCard phone to another OneSimCard phone?
It depends on the country you're in when making the call. In many countries there is a special low rate of just $0.25/min to call another OneSimCard phone (only when dialing the other OneSimCard user's primary mobile number, not a Personal Extra Number). In other countries your cost will be our standard low outgoing call rate from that country.
Example: two OneSimCard users are in Italy and one calls the other, the cost will be $0.25/min for the caller and free for the receiver.

PLEASE NOTE: If you activate a discount call plan, the special rate to make OneSimCard-to-OneSimCard calls will not be available. You will be charged for those calls according to the discount call plan rate.Â
Another great benefit of using OneSim VoIP: To call using the 1SIM VoIP App to another user on the 1SIM VoIP App, this call is free, so long as you are calling the PEN associated with their 1SIM VoIP App.

Do I need to have a OneSimCard SIM card installed in my phone to use OneSim VoIP?
No. OneSimCard SIM is not required to be installed in the phone for OneSim VoIP to be used. However, you do need to have OneSimCard account with a VoIP capable PEN.Are there any discount call (voice) plans available for Europe or other countries?
Yes, discount calling plans are available on select sim cards.

Please note:
• It's not possible to purchase more than one voice plan at once
• If one of the voice plans is purchased, all other discount plans are automatically deactivated
• Calls from SIM to SIM and Voicemail are not included in this plan
Activation of the plan:
To order a voice plan, login to your OneSimCard web account, click on the My SIM Cards menu and navigate to the Discount Voice Plans section. Select the desired plan and click one of the Activate buttons. Follow the system prompts to finish the activation.Â
NOTE: There are no discount plans available on OneSIM VoIP. Because the cost of OneSIM VoIP is so deeply discounted, there are no packages available for voice on OneSIM VoIP.
Is it free for someone to call my OneSimCard number using Viber?
Through a unique partnership with Viber, your primary OneSimCard number (+372) can be called free of charge for any Viber user! (requires activation and special dialing instructions, see below)
HOW:Â When this feature is activated, Viber users can call OneSimCard numbers for free by using a special dialing format +372800XXXXXXXX, where XXXXXXXX is the rest of the OneSimCard phone number after 372. For example, a OneSimCard user with the phone number +37212345678 should be called by dialing +37280012345678.
TO ACTIVATE:Â Log in to your OneSimCard account and go to the My SIM Cards menu. Scroll down to where it says "Incoming Viber Calls" and click Enable to activate this option.
COST:Â The call is free for the Viber user. The cost of receiving the Viber call is the same as receiving a call through a Personal Extra Number (PEN), i.e. the regular incoming call rate in the country you are in plus 20c/min. In countries with free incoming calls, like Italy or Japan, the cost will be just 20c/min.

Does OneSimCard offer a U.S. Military discount?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount (excluding airtime) for U.S. Military members when ordering with a verified .mil email address and entering promo code MILITARY15. This discount is only applicable for individual users, not for Corporate Accounts.Can I use OneSim VoIP over the Internet Data offered by OneSimCard SIM? Will it save me anything?
In countries where the cost of using mobile Internet Data is below 20 c/MB, the cost of using SIM VoIP over the data is comparable or less than the actual calling rate from the country.
As a rule of thumb, the SIM VoIP will use 1MB /Min of talk time. So, if the cost of Data in the country is 10 c/MB, then 1 minute SIM VoIP call will cost you 12 cents /minute. You need to have a 3G connection in order for SIM VoIP to work this way.Â
What is required to use the OneSim VoIP mobile application?
OneSimCard VoIP requires you to order a compatible Personal Extra Number (PEN). Most of the PENs we offer are OneSim VoIP enabled. You also need to have an Android phone with software version 8 or higher, or Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) with iOS 6.1 or higher.
Once you have an active OneSim VoIP enabled PEN, you will be able to see the option to create a OneSim VoIP account in the My SIM Cards menu of your online account. NB: YOU MUST create the 1SIM VoIP account in your account online on the "My SIM Cards" menu. Simply purchasing a PEN and downloading the mobile app DOES NOT create the VoIP account.
I have an iPhone and am receiving charges for SMS sent to a UK mobile number 447786205094. Why?
This is a known issue with Apple's Facetime and iMessage applications on Apple iPhone devices. We recommend disabling Facetime and iMessage so it will not be able to automatically send SMS to this 447786205094 number. Any SMS sent to this number automatically by your phone can not be refunded by OneSimCard. Additional questions regarding iPhone applications and how they communicate should be directed to Apple Support.I have an Apple iPhone. When I dial following your instructions it does not work. What's wrong?
 1. Locate OneSimCard Menu.
 On iPhones it is called SIM Applications menu and is located under Settings- Phone menu
Bear in mind that if you have powered your telephone down, and have removed and reinstalled the battery, you will need to follow the programming steps outlined above, again.
