Can I disable per MB/Pay-As-You-Go data usage for DataMax SIM cards
Yes you can. On your online account, in the "My SIM cards" menu, you will see a section labeled "Select SIM Card." In that section there is a line labeled "Use w/o Plan." If you do not want to use data on a per MB/Pay-As-You-Go basis, and only consume data with a data plan, set this to "Off."How can I add airtime to my OneSimCard service?
In order to add airtime instantly, simply register a credit card with us on our website.
There are several ways to add airtime to your OneSimCard service.
Automatic Recharge - recommended:

If you purchased a recharge PIN from OneSimCard Authorized dealer, you can recharge your account from OneSimCard handset from OneSimCard - Add Credit menu. When the Add Credit menu is selected, enter the 10-digit PIN and press the Talk (Send) button.
Which phone number will be shown on the caller ID when I make a call using OneSim VoIP?
Your active OneSim VoIP Personal Extra Number (PEN) will be shown on the caller ID.Can I use Facetime, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, iMessage, and other messaging Apps with eSIM?
For DataMax eSIM, you can use these Apps as you already do. Please ensure your messaging account is already setup with your primary carrier’s phone number because you cannot sign up for these services with the DataMax eSIM number.
Additionally, the eSIM data service can be used for the actual data part of your communications. So, when you are installing eSIM on phone, you can select the Primary service for Facetime and iMessage and then if your selected eSIM to be your primary data service, the communications will go over eSIM mobile data.
I used a large amount of data even though I barely used data, what happened?
Each mobile data session is charged for a minimum of 10kB usage. Even if you check just one 3k email you will be charged for 10kB of usage. In some countries this can be over 30¢ per session, however in Europe and elsewhere it can be as little as 1¢. Check all rates.

Please note: Some phones, like iPhones, Androids, and other smartphones, can access data without you even knowing it if you have data enabled. We strongly recommend checking the settings on your phone and disable mobile data roaming if you will not be needing data service. By default, all SIM cards are pre-programmed with data service enabled, once you activate your data package.

If the Data Plan is entirely consumed within the Plan time period, a new Data Plan can be purchased again immediately. You can also schedule a Data Plan for DataMax SIM to activate on a future date, as well as set up automatic extension of the Data Plan.
NOTE: For DataMax SIM Cards, you can activate different Data Plans simultaneously. For example, if you are traveling to countries included in the Zone Standard plan, and then travelling to a Zone Extended country, the Zone Standard plan will be used when you are in the country(s) where that Zone works, and when you land in a Zone Extended country(s) the Zone Extended will AUTOMATICALLY start to be used. If you then land in a country where the Zone Standard plan operates, and that plan is still active on your account, then you will then AUTOMATICALLY use the Zone Standard plan.

To activate a Data Plan, log in to your OneSimCard account and go to the My SIM Cards menu. Scroll down to the Discount Plan section, select the Plan and click Activate. The cost of the Plan will be deducted from the SIM card balance. If there is not enough money on the SIM, you will need to add funds before you will be able to activate the Plan.

OneSimCard SIM VoIP users with US and Canadian numbers may now send and receive text messages over the OneSim VoIP app on iPhone and Android. The cost to sending a message is $0.05 per text to most countries. Receiving message is $0.05.

Can I install my OneSimCard eSIM more than once?
You can re-install the eSIM on the same phone up to 10 times. eSIM can be installed only on one device. Once installed, it's not possible move that eSIM to another device. If you need to install eSIM on another phone, please order a new eSIM. Balance and PEN(s) from the old eSIM can be moved to a new eSIM at your request.
