73. How To Use Questions
    • How do I make a call using OneSimCard global cell phone service?

      To make a call:

      • Dial 00-CountryCode-AreaCode-Number and press the TALK/SEND button.
Example: To call OneSimCard Support in the USA you would dial 00 1 617 3138888 and press TALK/SEND.

With Europe & More, Univesal and eSIM World that do not use the callback to make a call, you will just get connected.

With OneSimCard Plus SIM or Expedition (formerly Data & Roam) SIMs:

After pressing the TALK/SEND button you will see a variable message on the screen (for example 'Wait for call') which you can ignore and your phone will ring back in a few seconds. Answer this ring as you normally would answer any incoming call. Your call will then be connected.

If you are unsure about how to properly dial an international number, follow this link for detailed country by country dialing instructions.

For Physical 3-in-1 DataMax, and DataMax eSIM cards, you can place calls using our low cost OneSIM VoIP service. OneSim VoIP costs much less than traditional voice roaming.

    • How do I top up my data with eSIM?

There are two ways you can do this:

      2. From your mobile go to ma.onesimcard.com. This provides the access to your free  OneSimCard mini account. 2. From any computer log in to your on-line account at OneSimCard.com to order a data package.

Simply go onto your web account or eSIM app and purchase a new data package appropriate to your travel needs.

77. eSIM
    • How does eSIM works?

eSIM is not a physical SIM. It is a piece of software downloaded to a compatible phone. So there is no shipping involved with delivering eSIM.

eSIM makes your iPhone or Pixel phone to be a dual SIM phone. This means that you can use two sim cards on the phone at the same time. You can select which SIM card is used for calls and texts, and which one is used for data. You can select which sim card is to be the primary and which one not to be used. You can make these changes from the settings of your phone at any time. In short - eSIM offers greater flexibility to your eSIM compatible phone. It allows you to use the service provider of your choice - whether you are traveling or staying home.

OneSimCard eSIM can be installed only on a single device. It can't be moved to another device, but it can be re-installed on the original device up to 10 times if required.
